| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department made contact with wanted person, Amanda Coy, at Oaks Mobile Home Park #49. Subsequent check of Coy’s identification revealed Pasco County Warrant #1103209CFAWS-VOP-Possession of Oxycodone. Confirmation of the warrant was received via Teletype. Coy was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed a cut straw with powder residue which Coy spontaneously uttered was Xanax. This type of straw is commonly used to ingest narcotics by snorting. Coy received an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Coy was booked into the Hernando County Jail where she is being held without bond. |
