| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Gore was convicted on 12-17-2002 of the crimes of Rape of a Child 2nd Degree and Rape of a Child 3rd Degree. He was given a term of 120 months in prison. Between 7-9-2002 and 7-12-2002 Gore had sexual contact with a minor female when she was 13 and 14 years of age. Gore had met the victim on a teen telephone chat line on 4-9-2002 and told the victim that he was 18 years of age; however, he later admitted that he was 21 years old. Gore met the victim in person on April 20, 2002 and went to a movie with her. Gore asked if the victim would have sex with him and she declined. Gore continued to have contact with the victim on the chat line and in July of 2002 they met and had sexual intercourse. This activity continued until July 12, 2002 at which time the victim's Grandfather contacted the police. Gore and the victim were questioned and afterwards Gore was arrested. Gore has five other victims between the ages of 13-15 in which the same use of a Chat line was used to locate his victim, arranged a meeting and then pursued them sexually.Gore completed sex offender treatment while in prison. Gore will be on active supervision for life. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/lugal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription.
