| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department performed a traffic stop on the defendant after having prior knowledge that her license was suspended. When contact was made she admitted that her license was suspended. A records check confirmed that it had been suspended indefinitely on 3/23/10 for financial responsibility. It also revealed that she was on felony probation. This arrest also violates the conditions of her probation and she was charged accordingly. She was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is held without bond. |
