| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Lance pled guilty to Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Lance was given a term of 100 months in prison on 6-20-2006. the victim in his crime was a 15 year old female. Lance and others went to his home after buying alcohol. All parties were drinking and playing a game of Truth or Dare. During the evening Lance engaged in kissing and fondling. Later over a three weeks Lance had intercourse with the victim on six or seven times and videotaped himself and the victim having sex. During the time of this crime, Lance was on active supervision for Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree. Lance had pled guilty to this crime on 3-30-2004. He had sexual contact with a 14 year old runaway. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions which place you in contact with or control over minor children. Obey all laws. Shall not enter parsk, playgrounds or schoolyards. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm. You may not possess or maintain access to a computer, unless specifically authorized by CCO. You may not possess any computer parts or peripherals, including but not limited to hard drives, storage devices, digital cameras, web cams, wireless video devices or receivers, CD/DVD burners, or any device to store to reporduce digital media or storage. |
