| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Brisbin pled guilty to the Crime of Attempted Rape of a Child in the 2nd Degree on 12-21-2010. He was given a minimum term of 58.5 months in prison and this was suspended on condition that he serve 6 months in jail and comply with all conditions of his supervision. The Lewis County Sheriff's Office had began an undercover case involving the internet site Craigslist.com on 12/29/2009. The ad that was posted stated that anyone who likes a hot mom and a hot younger daughter hit us up. Within seconds of the ad being posted Brisbin made contact via email to the undercover operation. Brisbin drove from Seattle to Chehalis on 12/30/2009 and went the a motel room that Brisbin was given by the undercover operation and was arrested and charged with Attempted Rape of a Child in the 2nd degree as the subject that he was going to meet was the mother and her 13 year old daughter for sex. Brisbin had been convicted of 2 counts of Attempted Possession of Depictions of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct on 2-3-2003 and was given a term of 12 months in jail which was suspended and required him to serve 30 days in jail and 24 months in probation. Shall not possess paraphernalia that can be used for ingestion or processing of controlled substances. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/ legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Submit to Urinalysis, breathalyzer, polygraph and plethsmograph testing as requested. |
