| Comments: | Glenn Martin Harman sexually assaulted five young women (all on separate occasions) at a local college campus. Unrelated to the campus assaults, he also engaged in sexual intercourse with a known, non-related 14-year-old female. RISK-LEVEL 3. Harman admitted that he went to the campus in May 2002 with the intent of stalking and sexually assaulting young females. Upon engaging the victims in a short conversation, he would grab their breasts and run away or be frightened away by other students. He grabbed the vaginal area of one of the women. The victims were between the ages of 18 & 26. He has also admitted to grabbing the breasts of numerous other women and would often stalk them prior to the assault. He was terminated from community-based sex offender treatment for violations including, Having Contact with a Minor 18 years and younger. Temp employment in Minot North Dakota, still reside in Ephrata Wa. |
