| Details: | According to official documents Nicdao pled guilty to one count of Rape of a Child 1st Degree in King County Superior Court Juvenile Department on 04/16/2001. He was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. Nicdao violated his conditions of release by committing a new offense, a residential burglary, on June 6, 2001. On November 9, 2001, a Revocation hearing was held and the court revoked his sex offender sentence and his was given a term of 15 to 36 weeks in a Juvenile Institution. Nicdao was at a friends apartment and ?volunteered? to go help his 3 year-old victim ?wash up? before eating. Nicdao had his victim remove his pants and Nicdao sexually assaulted his victim.
