| Narrative: | Brooksville Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 7305 Broad Street reference a trespass and Violation of Injunction. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim who stated she has an injunction against her ex-boyfriend NATHAN HALL BALDWIN. The victim further stated the injunction clearly states BALDWIN is not to be within 500 ft of this Wal-Mart. Officers verified the injunction and then made contact with BALDWIN via his cell phone. BALDWIN agreed to meet with the officers on 3/11/2012. NATHAN HALL BALDWIN was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. BALDWIN is being held without bond. |
