| Commentaries: | Comments Abide by curfew rules as directed Jul 30 2012 12:00AM According to official documents Sturm pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/21/1999 to one count of Second Degree Rape, one count of Unlawful Imprisonment, and one count of Intimidating a Witness. He was sentenced to 136 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Sturm sexually assaulting the known adult female victim. Sturm sexually and physically assaulted the victim for a period of about three and a half hours. During that time he threatened to kill her and strangled her to the point of almost losing consciousness. The victim was able to escape when Sturm left the residence. As part of the plea agreement for the above listed offense an additional charges for one other victim was not prosecuted. There were four known additional offenses where Sturm used extreme violence to physically and sexually assault both known and unknown female victims. These offenses included the use of weapons to gain compliance and to sexually assault the victims. While serving his prison sentence Sturm continued to act out his sexual deviancy, receiving infractions for sexual harassment, and possessing obscene materials. Sturm did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison.
