| Narrative: | The defendant WILLIAM MACDONALD CUNNINGHAM was observed by witnesses driving recklessly on Wiscon Rd heading east approaching Broad St. Witnesses further stated CUNNINGHAM parked and exited his vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot located at 7305 Broad St. Arriving units made contact with CUNNINGHAM as he was getting back into his vehicle. CUNNINGHAM appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage so officer’s conducted several field sobriety tests. Based on CUNNINGHAMS’s performance and the officer’s observations Cunningham was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. CUNNINGHAM is being held on a $500 dollar bond. |
